D-J-Qualls
Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor American actor. Shooting to fame for his roles in Road Trip he has since been featured in more than 20 feature films including The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. He also has appeared on more than 22 series, like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. The Hodgkin's lymphoma patient who survived that he was diagnosed at age 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. The cancer relapsed 2 years after the diagnosis. Being treated at such a young age had an adverse effect on his body. It hampered his development. Security in the financial realm was his primary aim once he started, as he'd seen poverty throughout his life. He was told by the interviewer that since he had lived so sparingly throughout his life I required financial stability to feel in control. The man also talks about his early years to help him stay motivated. DJ says that "Cruelty is a snare to my heart." He says that his ideal role would be to portray father figures in the real world and on film. Yet he confesses "Directors don't cast my in these roles." He would like to become a father in the future, when he could have the ability to dedicate less time to his career and more time with his children.
