Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. In the month of October, 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite having zero expectations. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way possible. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
